hi, my name is emily
it’s my first day back at school, and since i know most of you guys are a little bit younger, i’d just like to interject and tell you that cheesy little class introductions don’t stop, even when you’re a sophomore in business school.
i know you already know a little bit about me, but a lot has changed these past several weeks and i’d like to reintroduce myself.
my name is emily, and recently,
- i’ve become part of a band.
- i’ve painted my nails lavender.
- i’ve picked up the violin again, and am really trying to do good things with it.
- i’ve realized that my good luck bamboo appears to have died and am convincing myself it shouldn’t make a difference.
- i’ve found $5 on the floor of the elevator this morning.
- i’ve moved back to austin and am still trying to decide how i feel about it.
- i’ve made one of the hardest choices of my life thus far, and am still trying to decide how i feel about it.
